Services at a Glance
Rooted in a medical tradition practiced for thousands of years, acupuncture uses very thin, sterile, single-use needles placed at carefully selected points on the body. Treatment may help ease pain and muscle tension, support a healthy inflammatory response, calm the nervous system, support circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

People are often surprised by how many concerns acupuncture may support—from chronic pain, headaches, and muscle tension to stress, sleep, digestion, hormonal concerns, and those hard-to-name symptoms that leave you feeling off. Every visit is personalized, explained along the way, and adjusted to your comfort level.

Initial Acupuncture Visit • $150
Approximately 90 minutes
Your first visit includes a comprehensive health intake, personalized acupuncture treatment, and a plan for moving forward. When recommended, your treatment may also include cupping, therapeutic bodywork, ear seeds, e-stim, gua sha, or moxibustion—all included in the visit price.
Â
Follow-Up Acupuncture Visit • $100
Approximately 60 minutes
Includes a focused check-in, acupuncture treatment, and any supportive therapy Dr. Sherie recommends for that day. There is no additional charge when these therapies are incorporated into your acupuncture visit.
Acupuncture
Cupping uses gentle suction to help loosen stubborn muscular tension, support circulation, and make movement feel a little easier. It can be especially helpful for tight backs, shoulders, hips, and muscles that never seem to fully relax.

The pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level. Temporary circular marks are common after cupping and usually fade gradually over the following several days. No needles involved.Â

Focused Cupping Session • $50
Approximately 30 minutes
Cupping may also be included during an acupuncture visit when Dr. Sherie recommends it, at no additional charge.

Herbal Medicine Consultations
Food therapy, supplements, and lifestyle guidance
Some people prefer a needle-free approach, while others need dedicated time to look more closely at herbs, food, supplements, sleep, stress, hydration, movement, and daily routines.

During your initial consultation, Dr. Sherie will review your concerns, health history, medications and supplements, food allergies and preferences, eating habits, hydration, sleep, and lifestyle. You’ll receive a personalized written plan with realistic food ideas, daily-routine guidance, movement resources, and herbal or supplement recommendations when appropriate.

This is not a strict diet or an impossible list of rules. The goal is to create useful guidance that fits your body, preferences, budget, and real life.

Initial Herbal Medicine Consultation • $100
Approximately 60 minutes
Follow-Up Herbal Medicine Consultation • $50
Approximately 30 minutes
A focused visit to review how you’re doing, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed.

Herbal formulas, supplements, and topical products are priced separately.
Sports & Corrective Massage
You do not have to be a competitive athlete to benefit from sports massage. These sessions are for anyone dealing with tight muscles, workout soreness, repetitive strain, limited mobility, old injuries, or movement that simply does not feel right.

Tammen specializes in sports massage and corrective exercise. He looks beyond the sore spot to understand how your body moves, where it may be compensating, and which areas are doing more work than they should. Sessions may include targeted bodywork, assisted stretching, mobility work, and other techniques based on what your body needs that day.

30-Minute Sports Massage — $50
Best for focused work on one specific area.

60-Minute Sports Massage — $100
Allows time for more complete and targeted bodywork.

90-Minute Sports Massage — $130
A good option for multiple areas or a more thorough session.

Massage & Corrective Exercise Session • $120

Pain & Injury Care
Pain can affect how you sleep, move, work, and enjoy your day. Whether you are dealing with a recent injury, an old issue that keeps flaring up, or discomfort that has slowly become part of your routine, we begin by listening and looking at the full picture.

Your care may include acupuncture, sports massage, cupping, corrective exercise, or a combination.
Â
There is no automatic package and no separate program fee. We recommend only the services that make sense for your symptoms, comfort level, goals, schedule, and budget—and we explain the cost before moving forward.

Pricing is based on the individual services included in your care.
Corrective Exercise & Mobility
Corrective exercise is about helping your body move more comfortably and efficiently—not putting you through a boot camp or handing you a giant homework packet.

As an ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Tammen may use simple movement assessments to look at mobility, stability, posture, and compensation patterns. From there, he’ll select a few practical exercises or stretches that support your goals and are realistic to use in everyday life.

Corrective exercise can be booked on its own or paired with sports massage and recovery-focused care.

Initial Corrective Exercise Assessment • $100
Approximately 60 minutes
Includes a movement assessment and personalized starting plan.
Individual Corrective Exercise Session — $70
Four-Session Corrective Exercise Package — $260
Saves $20 compared with booking four individual sessions.
Making Care Accessible
New Era Wellness is currently a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so we recommend checking directly with your insurer before your visit.

We are also working toward joining the VA Community Care Network. Veterans generally need a referral and authorization from the VA before receiving community care. We will share updates as our enrollment process moves forward.
